Our aim is always to deliver projects on budget and on time without compromising on quality. We maintain dialogue with our clients, stakeholders and collaborators throughout the process, regardless of scale and scope of the project.

Meet The E1 Team
Simon Littlewood
Founder & Director
Following a successful career in the design office for a number national housebuilders, Simon established Elevation One in 2007. With his extensive experience in house design he was able to offer his clients a fresh and effective approach to design.
Simon strives to ensure the ethos of the business is that of quality and value whilst delivering design that is functional but more importantly achievable.
Outside of work Simon enjoys playing the guitar and following Exeter Chiefs.
David Potter
Architectural Technician
David has been an integral part of the team since qualifying as an Architectural Technician in 2012. He is able to bring a pragmatic view to design and prides himself on delivering what the client wants.
David has worked on a vast array of projects including in the residential, retail, commercial and education sectors. With his keen eye for detail, he also assists in providing technical building regulation drawings.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his beloved Arsenal.
Colleen Littlewood
Founder & Director
Colleen founded the business with Simon in 2007 and has helped it become the busy design practice it is today.
Colleen helps the company run smoothly on a day-to-day basis, heading up new business, sales and accounts whilst keeping the rest of the team in check.
Outside of work Colleen likes to look at RightMove and walking with her much-loved grey hound Buddy.
Ethan Littlewood
Architectural Technician Assistant
Ethan joined Elevation One in 2019 whilst studying for his Construction and Built Environment BTEC, and is well on his way to becoming a chartered technician.
Ethan has a flare for design and enjoys developing the clients brief whilst assisting Simon and David in more complex projects.
Outside of work Ethan enjoys gaming and watching sport.
Oliver Wright
Planning Consultant
Oliver is an experienced planning consultant having worked in the industry for over 10-years and has gained a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial development projects.
With a passion for the built environment Oliver is able to provide his clients with a fresh approach to planning and provide the best strategies to ensure your application is successful.
Outside of work Oliver, is a keen cyclist and loves spending time outdoors with his two children Siena and Luca.
